We have spoken with numerous candidates over the years and wanted to be able to give individuals a head start in their resumé creation. After all, it's the first professional impression that you make. And they can be lasting!This is a labor of love and a way for us to help individuals on their career journey as we aren't able to place every single candidate that we encounter.

Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions who have received their redefined resumé:
Is this resumé ready for me to submit?
No. This resumé is redefining how we think you need to position yourself to be more findable by today's recruiting technology and more wanted by the hiring manager who ultimately views it. It may also be longer than what the finalized version will look like, especially depending on the original resumé that you submitted to us. We would suggest even for the most experienced professionals, that three pages and 10 years of experience should be your cut off.
What do you recommend I do now?
We recommend that you review the whole document for clarity and for accuracy. We take some liberties in rewriting your resumé and have added some bullet items that will get you thinking. "Did I accomplish this?" If you did something close, then just tweak it to make it yours. If you didn't do anything close to that, you will want to remove that from your final version. Then some minimal formatting--a little bold here, a little underline or italics there--is all that is left to make sure you present your best self!
Why is the paragraph section so long? I'm concerned!
This is a common reaction as we're asking you to make a paradigm shift in how you look at your resumé. The paragraph sections need to be longer than you're probably used to because we need those to help generate those coveted matches - this is what generates your find-ability and what will help increase your odds that the technology doesn't just overlook your background.
Those are a lot of bullets! I didn't do all of those things? What should I do?
Our tool will generate options for you to consider in terms of the impact or outcomes that you've helped bring to your former or current company. Most individuals don't always think in terms of outcomes and they think more in terms of activities. This is why we give like to give you more bullets than what you probably need --as 3 to 4 just might do the trick--but now you have options of some possible outcomes that may help you realize the benefits of your activities at work. The key is for you to rework them so that they are accurate and drive the need for the hiring manager to want to talk with you about how you accomplished those things!
The top summary section is a little long and the select accomplishments in that section are repeated in my resume later on. Is it supposed to be that way?
Great question! The summary section is where we're driving home and recapping why you are a fit for your ideal role, and so it's sometimes going to be longer than you're used to because we're doing some selling of your fit in that section. The accomplishments in this section are indeed a repeat and we tried to pick the top ones that would be most important for the ideal role that you want to move in to. This section is trying to give your hiring leader all they need to know to call you in for that coveted interview and it's bringing forward the best elements of your career that highlight why you should have this role. Think of this as the cliff notes of your career. We're going to repeat those bullets later on in the position in which they happened, so we can show exactly where that bullet was accomplished.
This resumé feels like it might be too long?
It sure might! The way we have crafted our tool is to try to help as many people as possible and to restructure all of the positions that you have listed in your resumé. We also have given you more bullets than you need so that you can modify the ones that are true for you and eliminate those that aren't. Be careful here that you don't just eliminate all the bullets because you haven't thought about your work in this way. It may require you to do some reflection and to estimate some of the numbers in your resumé. The key is that you don't ever lie and that you can defend those numbers if you're questioned. Lastly, we suggest that you focus on the last 10 years of your career and reduce (maybe reference industry or titles) or potentially just eliminate, anything prior to that.
